Welcome to the Ranch!

The Union Pass Ranch is a family owned ranch that specializes in Performance Horses. Originally purchased by the Bullock’s and Kerby’s in April of 2018 and has since been taken over by Austin and Tosha Kerby. At the ranch we grow our own hay and have started a Breeding Program that will be one to keep an eye on. We invite you to stay with us on the ranch and visit our VRBO cabin rental. We will be adding more services as we make the transition over from working off the ranch to chasing our dreams and growing our clientele and services.
